Viticulture: 60-year-old west-facing vines in Concoeur, above Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée, on predominantly red clay soils. Farmed with Garcia’s biodiversity-focused, low-intervention philosophy.
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel with 50% baie-par-baie and 50% destemmed fruit, without added sulphites and with gentle infusion-style extraction. Vertical pressed and aged for 12 months in 20% new oak. Lightly filtered and unfined.
