Viticulture: Sustainably farmed just over 0.3 hectares, mainly in Les Treux with old vines in Les Rouges du Bas. Vines are around 50 years old in Les Treux and up to 100 years old in Les Rouges du Bas. Traditional farming with ploughed soils and minimal chemical intervention.
Winemaking: Fermented traditionally with partial whole bunches, generally 20–50% depending on vintage. Aged for around 18 months in oak; new oak varies considerably by vintage. Unfined and unfiltered.
