Viticulture: Sustainably farmed 1.34-hectare holding comprising four parcels near the Vosne-Romanée border, with vines ranging from 15 to 80 years old on clay-limestone soils. Traditional farming with ploughed soils and hand harvesting. 

Winemaking: Traditionally fermented with around 20% whole bunches. Aged for 18 months in 20 to 30% new oak.
