Viticulture: Organically farmed parcel just north of Prémeaux-Prissey, directly beside Nicolas Faure’s Aux Argillières parcel. Very low-yielding site on clay-rich soils, harvested entirely by hand. 

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts using roughly one-third whole bunches, one-third hand-destemmed baie-par-baie berries and one-third conventionally destemmed fruit. One week of cold fermentation followed by around two weeks of fermentation with gentle foot pigeage. Aged for 12 months in 15–20% new oak.
