Viticulture: Sustainably farmed parcel immediately below Les Suchots, on a relatively high, stony section of the village slope. Vines are around 60 years old. Hand harvested. 

Winemaking: Fermented with a proportion of whole bunches, around 40% in documented vintages. Aged for 18 months in 25% new wood. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
